Role and Responsibility :
- Connect applicants through outbound calls to coordinate on their applications.
- Answer inbound calls from the applicants about general concerns / issues related to application.
- Validate accurate information from the applicants (i.e., phone number, email, proper spelling of applicant names).
- Guide the applicant to submit all required missing documents to complete the underwriting process of their application.

Education and Skills:
- 0-2 years experience.
